Customer Service Assistant

As a Customer Services Assistant, your role will be to provide superior customer service to our policy holders by assisting them with general enquiries about their policy, processing mid-term adjustments and undertaking general policy administration tasks.

This role is with our sister company, Cavere Insurance, so will cover supporting both their and coverbaloo’s customers.
